Innovation Manager at the EcoRodovias Group
With over 15 years of experience in road infrastructure, she currently works as Head of Innovation at the EcoRodovias Group. She leads projects and teams focused on digitalization, sustainable paving, and road safety, applying technologies such as BIM, digital twin, RAP, and artificial intelligence. She has worked in both technical and strategic areas, including paving, new business, and R&D. She actively participates in international forums, such as the IRF, promoting the integration of innovation, sustainability, and engineering.
